Returns and exchanges<\/h3>\n

Remember that if you are in doubt about the following, you are always welcome to write to us at info@perborupdesign.dk<\/a> or call us at 39661090.
\nWe do not have fixed opening hours, but will typically be at the workshop every weekday between 8:00 and 16:00. <\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
\nIf you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in the same condition as when you received it.
\nOnce we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase price within a few days. <\/p>\n

For customers in Denmark and Sweden, Per Borup Design covers the cost of return shipping and a return label will be enclosed with the jewelry.
\nFor customers outside Denmark, we do not cover return shipping. <\/p>\n

If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must inform us by email at info@perborupdesign.dk<\/a> within 14 days of receipt.
\nYou then have another 14 days to return the item to us. <\/p>\n

Right of complaint<\/h3>\n

At Per Borup Design, we provide a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use of the product.
\nThe warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, violence or unauthorized repairs.
\nAny errors or defects that should have been discovered upon receipt must be notified to Per Borup Design within 14 days.
\nThe item can then be returned for repair, replacement or refund, by agreement. <\/p>\n

Complaints and returns<\/h3>\n

In case of errors, defects or missing deliveries, please contact us at info@perborupdesign.dk<\/a><\/p>\n

Returns must be sent to the same address.
\nWe do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
\nYou can also make a return by refusing to receive the item or by handing it in person.
\nThis is not a requirement, but processing will be faster if you include relevant information such as order confirmation and refund account number. <\/p>\n

Reimbursement<\/h3>\n

If we have agreed on a refund, either when returning or canceling a prepaid item, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
\nWe therefore need your registration and account number, which you can send to us by email or include in the package. <\/p>\n

Right to exchange<\/h3>\n

If you wish to exchange an item, Per Borup Design covers the return shipping if it is sent from Denmark.
\nWhen exchanging, the item must be in the same condition as when received. <\/p>\n
